$18M Settlement Reached in Birth Injury Case

A settlement was recently reached in Milwaukee regarding the lawsuit by a family whose daughter was born with cerebral palsy.

The $18 million settlement was reached after the jury found the girl’s brain damage was due to negligence during her birth.
